London Healthy Eats – Part 1

This week we’re talking about food glorious food! At CC, we know the importance of eating well and fuelling our bodies with the good stuff. We all have mega busy lives these days and it can be difficult (more like impossible) to make time for blending, baking and soaking seeds overnight! Luckily, there are lots of wonderful foodie places in London to help us out. Over the next few weeks, we will be sharing some of our favourite healthy eats in town. A CC guide to all things yummy, from juice bars to dairy free dining, we know where to get our superfood fix.

First up . . .

LabOrganics (58 Neal Street, London)

Open seven days a week, serving delicious plant based salads and cold pressed juices. I popped in to LabOrganics last week for lunch and after much deliberation, I ordered a spiced chickpea salad. (£7,95) It was packed with kale, red cabbage, chickpeas, avocado, cucumber and a delicious tahini dressing. This super salad gets a gold star for nutrition and it was really filling too. Wash it down with a pressed apple, ginger, lime and mint juice. Yum! Also on the menu are ‘Boosters’. There are eight different shots to choose from to show your immune system some love.

I would definitely recommend LabOrganics if you’re out in town and in need of an energy boost juice or a quiet break to refuel and refresh. Expect to spend about a tenner for a gloriously healthy lunch.

We give LabOrganics 5 stars! and the official stamp of CC certification!
